England part 6

Thursday, March 26, 2009 by Dale Coover

This is Leeds castle in England. It was ocuppied until the owner passed in the 1990's and then it went in to a trust. It was bought in the 1930's by an American,it has a moat or/pond around it and is accessed over a small bridge.
You will see in the next picture it would take several housewarming gift baskets to welcome someone here. It would take a lot of hours to decorate for the holidays so maybe some unique holiday gift baskets would be welcome.

This is the front of Leeds castle. You can take tours thru the castle, the inside still has stone walls and must cost a lot to heat. The windows are metal and the floors are stone in most parts and it winds thru stairs and room after room. Probaly would be a great place for kids to run thru!

I hope you like the pictures until next time ENJOY!
